How to Contribute a Quote
1. Listen to your kids! If you’re anything like me, your phone is almost always within an arms’ reach. When you hear them say something amazing, write it down as a “note” in your phone.
2. There's a sweet spot right between when a kid learns to talk and when they fully get a grasp of how to say exactly what they mean, and within that sweet spot they say some pretty mind-blowing stuff. That's what I'm looking for. If you're still unsure of what to send, look back at my Instagram posts that are tagged #cosmicramblingsofathreeyearoldboy. You'll get my drift from those drawings.
3. Write down EXACTLY what they say! Don’t paraphrase or try to remember it and relay some half-baked version of what they said. Here’s the thing: Kids are awesome and adults are boring, so paraphrasing is only going to ruin the amazing stuff that comes out of their mouths. Don’t be such an adult!

When Will You see it?
You may not see this for A LONG TIME. You might not ever see it. I’m going to draw the quotes that I like until I have enough for the book. It doesnt mean I dont like you or your kid, it just means that I used what I thought was best for the book. No hard feelings, eh? Also, these won’t get posted on Instagram like the original Cosmic Ramblings project. Some might, so I can get people excited about the idea or advertise the Kickstarter campaign, but not many.
The Kickstarter!
Stay tuned. I’m working on it. Don’t rush me. But feel free to hold me accountable. Light verbal abuse is welcome and appreciated. I’ll consider it motivation.
